Balloon Boy is a boy stuck with a balloon that takes him all over Poptropica.

Balloon Boy wears a white shirt with a lightning bolt on it. He has dark blue jeans. He has his hat backwards with his brown hair sticking out. He has light peach skin. The color of his balloon is green, he will not take any other color.

Balloon Boy's first appearance is in Counterfeit Island. He appears with his Mom. She says her son wants a green balloon. If you give it to him, he will float away and his Mom will run off.

Balloon Boys next apearence is in Cryptids Island's promo. He is seen in the telescope when you look for Nessie the Loch Ness monster.
